Rules

Rules for the Empire State Barbecue Championship:

1. Teams are entered automatically by competing in any of the 12 ESBC events in 2011.
2. Residents of any State or Country are eligible.
3. Ranking in the Empire State Barbecue Championship will be based on a cumulative total of a teams four best scores from any of the 12 ESBC events in NY State.
4. Rankings will be posted on this site and updated after each contest.
5. Winner will be announced after the last event of the year, trophies and prizes will be mailed to the lucky winners!
6. In the unlikely case of a tie, the next highest event outside the four will be used.
